Best Greek food you’ll ever have (and I’m posting this from Boston..I use to live in South FL and I’ve been there a few times over the past few years . I just never actually posted a review.) They do not have a reservations list but it is 100% worth the wait. Their lamb chops and ribs are delightful. My favorite is the octopus..so tender and flavorful. The greek salad is soo yummy and refreshing. And I can’t forget the saganaki!! Pairs so well with their bread. Can’t wait to go back.
This place is simply The Best Greek cuisine in town. Period. It's actually one of the best restaurants on the beach side in Fort Lauderdale. I have visited this establishment many times and its always GREAT. Pros: Amazing food, Always friendly and excellent service, and great parking either self or valet all very reasonable prices. Cons: The place can get very busy at times, but it's only to be expected as its been here for many years and its been consistently excellent over time. The amazing part is even when it's at capacity, the food and service has never declined in quality. Most restaurants have much pIt's a Main Stay in Beach Side Dining. Highly Recommended!!!
We were undecided where to go but wanted to take our kids and family to a nice dinner. Go early, it gets packed. Food was absolutely delicious and service perfect. 10 stars …
Very delicious food. They have a place for dining and the bar with tv inside, and also there is a place to sit and eat outside. The food is delicious and there are quite big portions. :)) We ate saganaki (the fried charamelized cheese), feta cheese, and for main menu: octopus, chicken shish-ke-bob, dessert; chocolate cake. The employees were super nice.
Very rarely do I give an establishment five stars but these five were absolutely earned. This will now be my go to spot when I’m in FLL. Great crowd control. I truly thought my cousin and I would have been waiting an hour for a table when we arrived without a reservation. But we were seated so quick. The food was absolutely delicious. Eating the lamp chops I couldn’t finish the next morning was a treat! Highly recommend this place. I believe our server’s name was Dmitri and he was so attentive. He helped recommend wine that we enjoyed! My cousins ribs were so good I almost regretted my decision to get the lamb but I didn’t because they were the next best thing!
Greek islands is not only delicious, but they are doing it on a consistent basis, year after year. The appetizer octopus was so tender delicious. As were the fried smelts, and of course the Greek salad. Not pictured is the lamb chops we ordered which are unbelievable as well.
Greek food restaurant in Florida. They have really good dishes. Our server was kind and patiently explained the menu to us. Everything was delicious including the cheesecake dessert. If we are in the area we will try it again
Amazing food!! Friends recommended it. They do not take reservations, first come, first served, but so worth it. We got shrimp, lamb chops, steak, swordfish, zuchinni, they give you bread and hummus, I mean everything was so good! Take a look at the line, I would wait again!
We had the best short ribs in the area. Our server was funny and knowledgeable. The service was timely, and the restaurant was busy. We enjoyed the sanagaki appetizer. We will be back.
Great Greek restaurant with delicious comfort food! The service and atmosphere are great as well! Grilled octopus is a must try because they make it very delicious ???? Greek salads and chicken were good.
